Jordan Gaither

Jordan Gaither is President of IDM Construction and Partner at IDM Companies. He is a fourth-generation builder with extensive experience in all aspects of multifamily and industrial construction. Jordan oversees a proven staff of professionals that handle predevelopment project management, construction execution, onsite supervision, project permitting and budgeting. He has overseen the construction of numerous residential and commercial projects since joining IDM in 2012, and was instrumental in forming the southwest construction team in 2018. His commitment to risk management and ethical practices has solidified IDM’s financial strength and consistent portfolio growth over the years.
